Rainbow klepon,


Ingredients: 

dough:
1 cup of gluten rice flour
2 cup water
1 tsp vanila
1 tsp salt
Pink paste food coloring
Blue paste food coloring

Fillling:
1 cup grated brown sugar 
water four boiling 

Souce:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 Pandan leas

Cook:
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt and vanila, shifted, and add slowly,  the water, mix by hand until incorporate well. By the time you can shape the dough into ball shape, and non sticky, its time to stop adding water, and set asside. Saperate into two in same ammount of dough, color each bowl, by folding it nicely until all the dough becoming pink and blue entirely. Just 1 drop of food coloring will do. Set asside.

Step 2:
Prepare a water, and heat over medium high. Start filling the dough, take 1 spoon at a time, and shape a flat circle by shaping a ball and gently press it down, not to thin, add a teaspoon of the filling, place it on the center, and start covering all the edges, and twirling it on you palm, until it shape a ball size, quickly add the ball into the boiling water. Repeat the process until the dough finish. Keep an eye on the boiling water while you repeat the process, by the time the ball start to float, its time to take it out, place them in a bowl of room temperature water.

Step 3:
Preheated souce pan over medium high, add in coconut milk, stirring it nicely, by the time it start simmering, add tge whole milk. Stirr well, add the pandan leafs and salt, stiring slowly with wooden spoon. let it cook for 10 minutes until thickening. 

Ready for plating:
Using nice glass bowl, or cup, add in the coconut milk mixture first, add the ball in, and shower it with coconut milk once again, you can add confeties like what i have in the picture. Use the sugar confeties, do not use a choclate base one. 

Serve for : 6

The Best Pisang Goreng! Fried Banana!

Ingredients: 
2 pc large banana, slice
1 cup milk
5 tbs all purpose flour
1 tbs glutinous rice flour
1/2 tsp salt

topping:
1 cup grated cheddar 
condensed milk, white or choclate 
choclate convections 


cook:
mix all the flour and milk, stirnicely untill ticken, soft thinken texture, add banana in, mix well with spoon, and fry 3pcs at a time, in one scoop. repeat until finish.

Old Chang Kie Squid Head

Ingredients:

18 pc of medium size squid head
1/2 cup all purpous flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup seasoned flour
1 tsp chilly powder
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Skewer

Slice the squid in calamari size, set asside. Prepare the egg, and stir nicely set asside. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, salt pepper, and chilly powder.

Dip the squid into the edd mixture, add dip it to the flour mixture, and deep fry in medium heat, for about 4 minutes untill golden brown, do the same thing to the rest of the squid head.

Aline 3 pcs on each skewer, and ready for served.

Serve for 6 skewer.

Chicken sandwich




Ingredients:

4  pc bread, your choice
4 pc chicken nugget
1 potato
1 tbs Mustard
1 tbs Mayonaise
1 tbs chilly paste
1 tbs margarine
3 tbs oil for frying
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tbs chilly powder

Cook:
Fry the chicken nugget until golden brown, set asside. Fry the potato slice in wedges, and seasone with salt and chilly powder.

In a skillet, add butter and place the bread on the skillet, grill for 2 minute every side. And make the sauce add mustard, mayo and chilly mix together.

Ready for plating, spread the sauce on bread, place the nugget and potato inside.

Serve for 2.




caramel Pudding



Caramel:
50 gr sugar
3 tbs water

Custard:
2 cup milk
3 Egg
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rum

Cook:
Heat the sugar and add water until caramelized. If you like it a bit bitter, heat longer.

Mix egg and sugar, add milk and stir nicely, add vanilla and rum.

In a baking dish, por the caramel first, and let it cool for 10 minutes before pouring the custard in.

Prepare in baking tray some water inside, add the baking dish on top, and bake for 30 minutes in 180•C

Serve for 6

Good Time Vanila sandwich




Ingredients:

2  package of Goodtime chocolate cookies
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanila extract

Cook:
Beat the egg and sugar till mix nicely, and add the milk slowly adding it and stirring it together, add vanila ektract, and pour in a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes in a steam bake mode.

When its done, let it cool for 3 hours in fridge.

Grab the coockie and make a sandwich cookie fill it with vanila custard.

Make 10 cookie sandwiches.

Choco cinamon roll



Ingredients:

1 Package of Dry Yeast
¾ cup of Whole Milk
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar
¼ cup of Water, warmed up
¼ tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 tsp of Salt
¼ cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
4 cups of All Purpose Flour
¼ cup of Melted Butter, to brush over the top before baking

For the Filling,

1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
¾ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar

1/4 cup of choclate convection

1 1/2 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon


For the Glaze,
1 Tbsp of Butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups of Powdered Sugar
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
3 to 4 Tbsp of Warm Milk

Cook:

Mix the yeast with hot water, in a large bowl mix sugar and egg, slowly add milk salt and sugar, and vanila, add yeast mixture,  add two cup of flour, mix with dough mixer untill incorporate together nicely, add two more cup of flour, mix for 7 minute untill fluffy and tender. beating gently forming a ball, set asside in a large bowl, grease with vegetable oil, cover with plastic wrap for 45 minutes until double the size.

mix the filling, butter and sugar, cinamon and brown sugar and set asside.

When the dough ready, beat the dough before rolling it into square, about 15'' x 10'' and add the filling, spread all the surface, and roll it tightly. cit the dough, begin from the center cut into two, and each into two again until reaching 14 to 16 pcs. 

Lay the dough facing the cuts ide up, and grease with melted butter, and bake in 200*c for 35 minutes. 

preapare the glaze, by mixing all the ingredients togeteher, whisking it nicely, and glaze it right after the roll finsh baking. 

serve for 14 to 16 pcs

Chiken katsu Don

Ingredients:

1/2 Chicken breast
1 egg
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 clove garlic, grind finely
1 tsp soy souce, preferably kikoman 
1/2 tsp sesame oil

cook: 
Beat the meat until flat and thin, marinate with salt and pepper, chilly powder, coriander, and grease with sesame oil, soy and garlic, leave it for 20 minutes before cooking.

In a bowl, beat the egg, and prepare the flour in seperate dish, dip the marinated chickeninto the egg and the flour after, repeat the process once more. And fry under medium heat untill golden brown. 

serve with steamed rice, garnish with crispy seaweed and chilly powder. 

serve for 1

Fluffy pancake


Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Milk
2 tbs butter melted
2 tbs Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Egg

Mix the egg and milk together. In a different bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, add the dry ingredients to the milk mixture, mix together, add butter. heat the skillet, cook nicely one by one.

Serve: 3 stack.




Brocolly and cheese pie


Ingredients:

Double Pie crust
1 cup pasta, boiled
1 Brocolly, baby brocoly, cut in smaller pieces
1 cup shreded cheddar
3 chicken sausages, chop dice
Oil for stir fry
3 cloves garlic, fine chop
1 tbs coriender powder
1 tbs Chilli powder
1 tbs mustard
Salt and Pepper
3 tbs Flour



Cook:
Stir fry sousages and garlic until fragrant, add pasta inside, mix well, add brocolly, seasond with salt and pepper, coriender, chilly, and cook until incorporated well, set aside.

In a pan, heat the milk, and add flour, stir well, add cheddar cheese, and dijon mustard, stir well, and when its thicken, set asside, and pour into the pasta mixture, mix well.

Add al mixture in pie crust, and cover with another crust,

Bake in 180, for 35 minutes. serve hot.

Vegetable fried rice


Ingredients:
1/4 chicken, chop dice
1 hand full of vegie (your preference)
1 grab of cilantro, chop
4 cup of steamed rice
2 Eggs
5 clove garlic
2 red chilli, chop
1 thumb ginger, fine chop
Thyme
4 tbs fish Souce
2 tbs Soy Souce
1 round Saus Inggris
Salt and Pepper

Cook:
In a hot oil, fry the chop chicken, seasoned with salt, add the garlic after the chicken cook nicely, add the chillies, and add rice, give a good mix, add the fish souce, soy and saus inggris, add salt and pepper, add in the vegie, and leaf. Give a good mix untill it combined well over high heat.

Make plain omelet for side dish.seasoned with salt and pepper.

Serve for 3



Saute Chicken and Pok Choy



Ingredients:

1/2  half cooked chicken, cut in 4
Hand full of pok choy
5 cloves garlic, break
1 thumb ginger, grind
3 round soy souce (salty)
Salt and pepper
2 pc. Red chilli, chop
2 tbs water

Fry the chicken untill it cooked, seasoned with salt and pepper. Set asside.

Saute the garlic and veggie and add water, add ginger, add soy souce cook fast, and add red chillis. Serve the vegie below and add the chicken on top.

Serve for 2


Chicken Teriyaki



Ingredients:

1/2 chicken (half cooked), cut in 4
6 cloves garlic
1/2 Onion slice thinly, long slice
2 round teriyaki souce
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
Generous amount of oil for frying
Ginger, thumb size, slice thinly, long

Cook:
Heat oil in a pan, add in onion, and chicken, cook until the onion browning in color, add garlic and ginger, stir nicely until fragrant,  add in teriyaki souce, salt and pepper, stir nicely, and its ready to serve.

Serve for 2




 

Chicken Cap Cay Rice



Ingredients:

 2 cup cooked white rice
1/4 sliced chicken (half cooked)
1 pc Carrot
6 lembar sawi hijau
6 lembar sawi putih
2 Eggs
2 tbs corn starche
1 1/2 cup water
3 cloves garlic
3 cloves onion
10 drops Fish souce
1 round soy souce ( salty)
1 round oyster souce
butter for frying 

Cook:

Rice: in a pan, saute the garlic add butter and add rice, clear half side of the pan, and add in the egg, fry the egg stirring it nicely before mixing it with the rice. Then mix all together until slightly yellowish. Set asside.

Capcay: in a pan, saute garlic and cloves, until fragrant, add in all the vegies, add water, and let it simmer, add in salt and pepper, 10 drops of fish souce, 1 round of soy souce, 1 round of oyster souce. Add corn starct, stir until thicken, and its ready to pour on the rice, or seperately.

Baked Tomato Pasta




Ingredients:

1/2 cup tomato puree
1 cup pasta
1/2 pc Zucini, slice thinly
1/2 pc Eggplant, slice thinly
1/2 cup permesan cheese
1/2 cup button mushroom
Salt and pepper
Olive Oil

Cook:
Bring pasta to boil. In a baking dish, layer zucini and eggplant in the bottom, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add half  boiled pasta on the top of the zucini and eggplant, layer the permesan after, add a layer of pasta again, and cover it by the potato puree. Give salt and pepper. Baked for 15 minutes in 150 degrees.

Serve for 2.

Strawberry yogurt trifle



Ingredients:

1 cup Good time cookies
1 cup greek yogurt, Plain
3 strawberies, cut half vertically
1 tbs icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder

Cook:
Break the cookies into small crumbs, set aside. 
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and icing sugar and vanila.

Place the coockie crumbs at the bottom and layer with yogurt, add another layer of crumbs, and finish it with a layer of yogurt, top it of with strawberry.

keep it refrigerated for more than 3 hours. serve for 6 small cups.





Chicken Curry


Ingredients:

1/3 Chiken Cut medium size
1 large Tahu putih chop medium size
1 big potato, cut medium size
3 tbs Curry paste
1 1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup coconut milk
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs bawang goreng

Cook:

fry the chicken in fry pan with 2 tbs of oil just to get the good color of golden brown, and pour in the curry paste, saute until fragrance, add water and coconut milk, stir gently until incorporate well, add potato, chilly powder and salt. Let it cook until its thicken, about 30 minutes in low medium heat. Add some water gradually until the chicken cook perfectly. Add bawang goreng for garnish and taste.

Moist banana loaf

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Raising Flour
 1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup of mashed banana (2-3 bananas)
1 tsp vanila powder

Cook:
Stir Sugar and butter until crumbled, add egg and Flour that have been mix with baking soda, mix using mixer, add Milk, and vanila. Mix until incorporated well. Add in the banana, using spatula stir the mixture well. Add into loaf tray. Bake for 60 minutes on 180•C.

Garnish: place chop banana, add granulared sugar on the top, and burn until caramelized.(optional)

Cream Choco Pie

ingredients:


10 pc baked mini pie crust
1 2/3 cup water
1 can condensed milk (white)
3 tbs corn startch
5 tbs cocoa powder
3 Egg Yolk
2 tbs butter
1 tsp Vanila

Cook:
In a bowl, stir water and cocoa powder and cornstartch until well mix, add Milk. Heat the mixture on a medium heat, stir well, add vanila, stir well untill thick, add butter and set aside.

Cool off the mixture by gently stiriing it. Set aside by covering it with plastic wrap touching the surface. Wait for 40 minutes before pouring the mixture into the pie crust.

Refrigarate for 1 day to have a clean smooth choco pie.

Serve for 10 mini pie

Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1  chicken breast fillet

4 slices of white bread
1/2 cup of Milk
200 gr Pasta
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of butter
1 pc Potato, diced
1 pc Carrot, diced
1 grab of cilantro leafs
Salt and Pepper
2 cup Cheddar
1 tbs Dijon/ mustard





Cook:
Saute chicken and cilantro, for 5 minutes until golden brown. Set aside


Boiled Pasta, potatoes, and carrot, add salt and pepper.  drained when cooked.

Bring to boil milk, add flour, stir well, add butter, add 1 and half cup of cheddar, dijon, salt and pepper, stir well until it mix nicely together. Add the pasta and veggie, mix it well.

Prepare a square baking pan, layer with white bread in the bottom, and add the pasta mixture in. Baked for 30 minutes in 190•C, add the remaining cheddar on the top, and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Serve for 6

Lemon Custard Pie

 Ingredients: 

Unbaked Pie crust
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 lemon citrus
Lemon zest
2 eggs, separates
1/2 cup of butter
3 tbs flour




Custard:
Mix in a bowl, the sugar and butter,, add yolks, stir well, add flour, and milk gradually, add lemon and zest. Set aside.
In a different bowl, beat the egg white until stiff, then stir in the lemon mixture, gently fold the mixture together. Until incorporate well, add all the mixture into  the pie crust. Bake for 60 minutes in 150•C.

Serve for 4

Papaya Lime Juice

Ingredients:

1/4 papaya (large papaya), diced
1/2 lemon citrus juice
lemon zest
3 tbs Sugar
5 ice cubes
100 ml cold water

Blend all ingredients in, starting each by each accordingly as listed above.
And blend it smoothly.

Serve for 1

Chicken Tulip

Ingredients:

15 pc of chicken wings
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 celery,chop
Salt and Pepper
Kari powder
Chilly Powder
Coriander Powder
1 Egg, beaten
150 gr water

Cook:
shape the wings into tulip, and marinate with salt pepper, Kari, chilly, coriander, and  saute the wings, add water, and cook until dry out.

Prepare in a bowl, breadcrumbs + celery. Beat egg in a separate bowl, add the wing into the egg, and dip it into the breadcrumbs. Heat butter and fry the wings.

Serve for 2

Aglio Olio with Chicken Fillet

Ingredients:
300 gr Pasta
4 pcs small cut o fchicken fillet
4 pcs mushroom
Celery
Cilantro leaf
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Salt and Pepper
BBQ Powder
Butter for frying
Olive oil
3pcs Garlic

Pasta: boiled pasta with little bit of olive oil and salt. Let it cook nicely until its moist end tender.

Chicken:
Tenderize the fillet give it a little bit of a punch to loosen up the thickness, and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Prepare breadcrumbs with chop celery mix it well. In a separate bowl, stir well the egg. Dip in the fillet into the egg, and dip it into the breadcrumbs, and set aside, do the same thing to each fillet.


Fry the fillet with butter, every side for 2 minutes or until its golden brown.

Back to Pasta:
Rinse the pasta and wash a bit with a cold water. Chop garlic and the mushroom.

Heat butter over a high level, put in garlic and mushroom, adding generous amount of olive oil cook until fragrant, add the pasta, stir, add fine chop cilantro, salt and pepper, and BBQ powder. Stir and cook until it incorporated together nicely. And ready for plating.

Serve for 1.

Mix Fruit Hot Pudding

Ingredients:

2 tbs butter
5 tbs Sunquick syrup "mix fruit"
150 gr Flour
150 gr milk
Lemon zest for taste
6 tbs Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp baking powder

Cook:
Mix the butter and sugar until incorporate well, add egg, and stir well, next add up the milk and syrop. Mix well, but don't over mix, final, add baking powder and lemon zest. Place it on a small cake tray, and ready for bake. Bake in 190•C for 25 minutes.

Serve for: 5 people
Tips: will be nicer to add a mint leaf inside, to add a kick on the taste.

Cilantro Fish and mushroom cream potatoes

Ingredients:

1 stripe of Fish Fillet (Dory or Snapper) 
1 grab of Cilantro
1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
1 pc Big Sweet Potato
1/2 Cup of Mushroom
3/4 Cup Full Cream  
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
BBQ Powder
Butter for Frying

Fish:
Potong persegi fillet nya, dengan lebar 1.5 inche each. Pisahkan, tambahkan salt and pepper diamkan selagi kita persiapkan bahan lainnya.

Chop cilantro finely, dan masukan kedalam breadcrumb, aduk rata. Dalam mangkuk terpisah siapkan kocokan telur. Masukan potongan ikan satu persatu dalam kocokan telur lalu masukan dalam breadcrumbs. Sisihkan. Lakukan satu persatu.

Siapkan butter dalam fry pan yang sudah dipanaskan, masukan potongan ikan, masak masing2 sisi 2 menit, tambahkan salt and pepper sesuai selera.

Potatoes:
Rebus potato selama kurang lebih 20 menit sampai lembut, angkat, jangan kupas kulitnya. Potong dadu besar. Lalu goreng dalam fry pan bekas memasak ikan yang belum di bersihkan. Tambahkan butter, masak sampai skin nya crispy, tambahkan salt, pepper and BBQ powder generously.

Sauce:
Chop Mushroom. Masak dalam butter, masukkan cream, tambahkan salt and pepper, aduk pelan, sampai mendidih.

Italian Churro

Ingredients:
2 cup of Flour
2 cup of Water
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
6 tbs granulated sugar
1/3 cup of caster Sugar for topping
1 tbs cinnamon powder for topping

Dough:
Heat the water until boild,stir in sugar, oil and salt, mix until set, and turn of the heat, stir in the flour and mix well, sampai mengumpal, dan aduk sampai tercampur rata.

Masukan dalam semprotan kue, dan langsung celupkan ke minyak panas. Masak tiap sisi 2 menit. Lalu angkat, tiriskan diatas kitchen towel.

Topping:
Campurkan caster sugar dan cinnamon powder, mix well, tambahkan pada adonan chorros setelah dingin.

Serve: 20pcs.

YUM MIE GUMIE

This is the all time recipe of the family, We love it so much, we almost cannot live a week without having it as a quick snack. I am totally a fan of instant noodle, and really love to work a different recipe with the noodle. This is one thing that I really love to eat.

HEre IS THE FAMOUS family RECIPE 


Ingredients
1 Mie Goreng Instant
1 Egg
4 tbs Milk
Butter for frying

Cook:
Hancurkan mie instan jangan sampai jadi bubuk, leave it crumble and pisahkan bumbu2 nya termasuk minyak dan kecapnya, semuanya  dipakai kecuali saus sambalnya.

Siapkan dalam mangkuk, kocokan telur dan susunya, dan masukan mie instan kedalamnya, masukan semua bumbu2 dan kecap and minyaknya, all of it kecuali saus sambalnya. Lalu aduk rata.
Panaskan flat pan, medium heat, panaskan butter, lalu masukan mie mixture kedalamnya, ratakan seperti membuat omelet, dengan bantuan garpu ratakan, sampai ketebalannya sama, lalu masak dalam api medium kira-kira 2 menit setiap sisi nya. Sampai kuning coklat.  And its ready to serve.

Tips: Makan selagi hangat, saus sambal bisa dipakai for sauce.

Biarkan mixture mie dalam adukan telur selama 2 menit sebelum di masak. Supaya lembut di mulut saat di makan.

Banana Crepes

Ingredients:            

1 strip Banana
Sugar sesuai selera
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 tbs butter
1 egg
and
butter for frying


Cook:
Mix the flour and milk until it blend all together, put in the butter, and  egg. Stir and mix well. Sampai tercampur rata.

Prepare a flat pan,panaskan dalam api kecil and pour in the mixture dengan ketebalan sesuai selera into the pan, while its cooking, put in the banana place it in half side leaving the other side empty, and add sugar on top of it, flip the crepes half way, and flip again half way, sampai menjadi seperempat lingkaran. Cook until golden brown.


Additional: Bisa tambahkan mesis, atau parutan coklat kedalamnya, or even peanut butter and cheese.    
                Atau tambahkan coklat hersey liquid, or maple syrup sebagai topping. 


Serve for 3.

Oriental Pasta



Ingridients:
2 pcs Sosis Sapi Goreng
2 cup  Pasta
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs fish Sauce
1 tbs Oyster Sauce
1 teas Salt
1 teas BBQ powder
1 garlic
4 tbs Olive Oil

Cook:
Pasta:
Masak pasta dalam rebusan air dengan sedikit oil dan garam, rebus sampai lembek, test dengan cara mengambil satu pasta dan potong dengan garpu, apabila dengan mudah terpotong, berarti sudah matang, angkat dan  siram dengan air dingin, tiriskan.

In a pan tumis bawang putih dengan oil nya langsung bersama sosis sapi yang sudah di potong-poyong sesuai selera, lalu masukkan pasta yang sudah di siram air dingin terlebih dahulu, tambahkan  kecap ikan, oyster sauce, soy sauce dan tambahkan garam dan BBQ powder aduk merata sampai warnanya tercampur dengan sempurna. (masak dalam api sedang ya..) angkat dan siap di sajikan. 


Serve for 2 (two)
